Basketball
Basketball is a very popular sport in Kennedy College. Each year, the school competes in various competitions.
Senior and Under 16 girls basketball teams compete from September to December and always enjoy engaging in the sport at a high level.
Kennedy College also offers boys an opportunity to play competitive basketball. The school regularly enters combined years team into competitions.
Junior students also get an opportunity to represent the school in basketball. Many students begin their basketball careers in the first year and are quick to take on board both the skills and tactics involved in this super team sport.
An important aspect of basketball at Kennedy College is its’ ability to mould future leaders. Senior students often assist with team training and preparation for junior teams and act as positive role models bot on and off the court.
